Competent and professional

Upon receiving divorce documents from my wife of 34 years, I was shocked and didn't know where to look for legal services. A friend had heard of Martin Sir's firm and John Agee, his associate. I contacted Mr. Agee immediately and was grateful for his team's expertise throughout this difficult and con...fusing process. The advice was top notch, and I knew I was in good hands throughout. Divorce

I would like to thank the law office of Martin Sir, especially John Agee and Lindsey Mullins. Divorce is never a pleasant avenue to take. The staff at Martin Sir law office laid out the course navigated the path. They made the task of having to deal with this unpleasant social issue a bearable exp...erience. If You Need a Divorce or Family Lawyer the Law Office of Martin & Sir Associates is an Excellent Choice

Unfortunately, for the second time I found myself in need of the services of a divorce lawyer. Being fairly new to TN, I had little local knowledge and even less to go on. But I found Mr. Sir's postings on the internet and began checking this firm out. They were highly recommended at every turn, a...nd provided me with plenty time for an initial consultation. After explaining what I was facing and all of my options I decided to hire this firm. Although it took me quite a long time to get the thing settled with my wife, Mr. Sir, Ms. Smith, and Paralegal John guided me through the whole process. Their advice and guidance were exceedingly helpful at this difficult time. After things were hashed out with the other side, they made sure that I was comfortable with all the terms, listened to all my concerns and explained my options. Always advising me and making sure my concerns were met. After that the processing, paperwork and the court hearing was fast and simple. They always got back to me quickly. And always treated me with respect and dignity, never just like a case number. John the paralegal was absolutely excellent in responding to me and guiding me through it. As well as offering much advice and keeping me informed. Lindsey, the Legal Assistant was always prompt in emailing me any documents or forms, or my requests for a call-back. And of course the Lawyers: Mr. Sir, Ms. Smith, and Ms. Kilpatrick are top notch and good to have on your side. In my opinion they are the best in Nashville with the most experience and the highest ratings. One thing that Mr Sir said on his web-site struck home with me and was what ended up the deciding factor in choosing this firm, and I paraphrase here: "....go ahead and get off of the fence, and get on with your life..." For me, although hard to do, that was the exact thing I needed to do. And Martin Sir & Associates were the Law Firm to easily accomplish what I needed. I am very glad I chose them. Thank you for your kindness, advice, and professionalism at such a difficult but important time.

Great firm for those who seek divorce help

Thank you Martin, John and Lindsey for being there for me when I needed it the most. Your pricing was very reasonable, and your services were very considerate. I loved how Martin was receptive of me when I visited the office, Lindsey always sent me paperwork via email, and John always followed up and... always knew what I needed. Great team in Nashville to help those who seek professionals with big hearts.
