First Class, Superior Service

I would recommend Martin Sir & Associates to anyone. Their superior service, client dedication and first rate communication and advice set them apart from many others in the Nashville area. Their honesty and compassion was truly what I needed through this difficult time and they remained patient with... me throughout the process. I hope to never need their services again but I know I can trust in them should it arise in the future. I cannot simply say enough about this firm!

Divorce completed!!

Martin Stephen Sir and his associates worked great with me going through the process of my divorce. I was able to call his Parallegal Manager John Agee often and he explained every process to me clearly. The initial consultation was easy and friendly and was given all information ahead of time bef...ore I started the suit. When I made up my mind to follow through with it, it was a quick turn around of getting it started. His office did an amazing job at keeping me notified at every turn when documents were needed or received. I was kept in the loop whenever they sent something out or received something from the other lawyers. I was able to send emails or call him them when needed and were always receptive. If someone could not come to the phone I was always called back in a timely manor. I would recommend this law office to anyone going through the same thing as I was. I could clearly see the difference between them and the other Lawyer. This office was on top of the ball at every turn and made sure I was taken care of even though I was not their only client. They were always friendly and welcoming whenever I had to go into the office for anything. They always greeted me with a smile and a nice hand shake to make you feel at ease. They understood the stress and everything I was going through but made it as easy and stress free for me as possible. To reiterate I would recommend Martin Sir and Associates to anyone going through the same situation as I did.

Best choice ever!

Martin Sir & Associates was the best choice that I could have ever made to represent me for my divorce. Everyone calmed my fears when my anxiety kicked in & in the end, I was pleased with how things turned out. This law firm is the best!

Mindy was a wonderful client and now a dear friend. Mindy had fears that many people have when they have been married a long time and totally dependent upon their Husband /Wife. We are glad we were able to put those fears to rest and look forward to hearing about her new life.

Best in the Biz!

I first came to Martin Sir and Associates over seven years ago, after interviewing several firms to represent me in my divorce. After speaking with John Agee, managing paralegal, I was convinced that Martin and his team were the only way to go. John was personable, very knowledgeable and took a serio...us interest in my case from the get-go. I learned that Martin and his team of stellar professionals will not take your case unless they truly believe in it, and you. My divorce went as smoothly as one can expect, and was settled out of court with terms very satisfactory to me. Less than a year out from my divorce, issues arose with the custody arrangement that had been negotiated. I turned once again to my trusted legal team to help me navigate a change in custody. As occurs in many custody battles, mine has been complicated and convoluted, dragging on for over five years. Martin, John Agee and Martin's associate, Peggy Smith have been with me every step of the way. They truly believe in me, and my case, and have handled a multitude of motions and court appearances, almost too numerous to count. With their expertise and sage advice, we, as a team, have prevailed in nearly every situation set before us. I have been in court beside either Martin or Peggy many times, and they never cease to amaze me of their ability to make possible what most would believe to be impossible to accomplish. Martin and Peggy are always well prepared in the courtroom; causing me to have the utmost faith in them to fight for my best interest, and the best interest of my children. John Agee is phenomenal! Through the years and all the craziness, he has helped keep me sane, grounded, and focused on the issues. He keeps me informed and up to date, supporting and acknowledging my thoughts and input, but like your best friend, will a;ways tell me exactly like it is. I have been representing Stacy and her two children for many years. Stacy is like family and I will always keep up with how she and her wonderful daughters are doing. I suspect her children will be famous someday!

Peggy Smith and DeAnn Kilpatrick were my attorneys on a very unusual divorce case. With their expertise and the expertise of John, my divorce went thru well and with an outcome I am very pleased with. This is a hard working, dynamic firm. They know how to get things done. The staff is so caring and c...ompassionate. I wasn't just a client... they cared about me. I hard a very hard time during the course of the divorce and they kept me going and gave encouragement.
