The best around

I couldn't be happier with the deal I got thanks to Kurt Bartlett. His staff stayed in touch with me and made me feel my case was important--which it was! If I ever need a criminal defense lawyer I will most certainly use Kurt Bartlett Again.

Only the BEST

Kurt Bartlett helped me with my DUI case. He made sure I got the best deal possible. Whenever I had questions, he always got back to me in a timely fashion and made sure that I understood what he was explaining to me.

Thankful!

It was my first ever DUI, and I was completely lost on how to proceed. I had a close friend that recommended Mr. Bartlett, and when I went to see him, he was immediately ready to tackle my case. HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Mr. Bartlett was very professional and helpful. My son got a DUI and I was so scared something terrible would happen to him. I am so grateful for Mr. Bartlett's experience and wisdom. He guided us and helped my son, first time offender. He was also influential with him and I feel confident that my... son will NEVER drink and drive again. GRATEFUL MOM

DUI

I was very pleased with Mr Bartlett handling a DUI. He was to the point and asked me a lot of questions I didn't realize were important, and ended up getting a dismissal! I would strongly recommend him, he knows the laws inside out. It certainly doesn't hurt that he used to be a Metro Police office...r either.
