Professional and extremely competent!

Kurt was phenomenal inside the court room and managed my expectations appropriately. Not only did he get my charges dismissed on a clever technicality, he even followed up months later when the charges were expunged! I couldn’t recommend Kurt more highly.

Top notch professional and thoroughly surpassed what was expected of him

Mr. Bartlett took my case to defend me on trumped up Domestic violence charges and this was the second time it had happened. He assured. E that he knew I was being totally honest and wasn't going to let this happen to me. He not only had the case dismissed, he had it and a previous one both expunge...d and I hove a totally clean record now like it is supposed to be. Thank you for being prompt, efficient and thorough with everything you delt with. I will say he is the best attorney I have ever met.

Excellent DUI attorney

Mr Bartlett did an excellent job handling my DUI case. He's very knowledgeable and informative and got me the best deal possible. He made many appearances for me do to the rescheduling of court dates due to covid and when above and beyond for my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

DUI case

I arranged a meeting with Kurt after my initial DUI arrest and explained my goals in the case and he helped guide me in the steps it would take to get the results I wanted. He was very patient and helped my situation a lot. I would recommend him as a lawyer as he knows the court system very well.
