I must have talked to 20 different lawyers over the phone who claimed to have a "fee estimate" before finally reaching Jason. The very first phone call was the beginning of me being impressed. I had a simple estates question to which none of the previous 20 lawyers would answer, Jason answered it h...onestly and actually suggested that I did not need a lawyer at that time (no hassling, no salesmanship, just an honest answer). Later on, my situation changed and it turned out I needed a lawyer; of course I wasn't going to call anyone but Jason. I needed to have a lawyer represent me in an attempt at obtaining executor of state to my father's bank affairs. With Jason's extensive knowledge of TN law and his experience, he was able to help me without having to go through the grueling court system. He was always in contact with me letting me know everything that was going on, he was extremely responsive, and very pressing towards the bank.
