Professional and worth every penny!

Jonathon was very prompt with all responses. He walked me through every step of the legal process and what to expect. The outcome was far more favorable than we had ever hoped! I will absolutely use Jonathon again if needed and can confidently recommend him to any friends.

Dropped charges + minimal community service

I have never been in trouble or even remotely involved with law-enforcement, so I was terrified when I started down the path of figuring out how to handle charges against me. My husband did some research and found Jonathan and saw extensive positive reviews. He recommended that I reach out to Jonatha...n; moments after I did, I hired him to handle charges against me in two separate counties. Even though I have been pretty clueless and not known what to expect, Jonathan asked me to trust him and was able to get both charges dropped with minimal community service in one of those counties. He was at my hearing on time, ready to represent me and prepared to act in my best interest. I so appreciate his dedication and look forward to recommending him to anyone I know in need of representation.

Public Intox and Disorderly Charges Dropped & Expunged thanks to Jon

I was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. When I reached out to Jon I was expecting to get a receptionist or voicemail at best, instead it went right to Jon who sat and listened to my explain my situation. Jon was extremely reassuring and attentive. Jon showed up for my first app...earance so I did not have to attend. I was very anxious and nervous during this entire time period and every time I had a question or concern Jon immediately got back to me to reassure me he would take care of it. He read through the police report and told me what he thought he could do from what he read. Jon believed he could get the charges dismissed based off of the report and worst case believed I would be eligible for the first time offender program. When Jon told me that the DA I was assigned to was tough (but reasonable) I was certain I would not get the charges dropped. I showed up to court and Jon went in and not only got my charges completely dismissed (pending payment of court fees), but he even got the fee for one of my charges dropped and saved me $400. On top of that, Jon stayed and helped me pay the fees right then and there, brought my file back to be signed by the judge, then walked it back to the clerk to be expunged. I walked out of the courtroom completely done and able to put the incident behind me. I can't recommend Jon enough. There's no way I would have been able to navigate this without him and I doubt that I would've gotten the same results an attention from someone else.

I am a business professional that failed to make a plan before going out one night, and unfortunately I needed a DUI Atty at nights end. I wish I could tell you that Mr. Turner whipped out his magic wand and made it all disappear. He did not, but he never gave up, he presented every possibility with... its ups and downs, and he showed up three separate times all for the original price. Domestic Violence

Me and my wife live in Florida. Our oldest son recently moved to Tennessee with his girlfriend and three children. My son made a grave mistake by physically getting into a confrontation with his girlfriend. The police were called. Even though his girlfriend didn't want my son arrested. The officers u...sed their discretion and arrested my son anyway. That turned our whole world upside down. We couldn't travel, and our son was in detention. Our son is not a criminal, but he realized his mistake. We were press for time. I've never hired a lawyer, didn't even know how. We had 24 hours, before our son was to face a judge with no one to represent him. I took a crash course on the internet looking for a last minute lawyer. I made a few phone calls, left messages. My heart was pounding, I was very concerned. In my search I came across Mr. Jonathan William Turner. Like any other call I left a message. Within minutes Mr. Turner called. Mr. Turner Knew immediately what questions to ask me from the message I left him. Just from the tone of his voice, my concerned feelings subsided. Mr. Turner assured me not to worry. We were so greatful that he would represent our son the following morning. Mr. Turner appeared in court and kept us informed every moment possible. It was like we were there. After a second appearance, Mr. Turner got our son out of detention, and into probation. The word probation never sound so good in this case. We Highly Recommend Mr. Jonathon William Turner.
