Glad we hired him

I was stopped for a DUI, in addition they found my friends gun in the trunk. The gun was in a holster, in a box. It didn't stop the officer from giving me a DUI while in possession of a weapon. Jon really came thru and had the weapons charge dismissed, the DUI reduced to reckless driving with a small... fine, six months probation and a victim impact class. No Jail time. I am extremely grateful for his help and expertise.

Outstanding Attorney

My daughter was a client of Mr. Turner. She had a complex DUI case. He was able to get jail time reduced with treatment and most charges dismissed. I would hire him again for any legal trouble I had.

Excellent for Complex Cases

Jonathan Turner did an excellent job representing My son on a complex probation violation/ DUI case. He demonstrated an impressive ability to think on his feet to 4 surprise witnesses which actually improved the outcome of my son’s case by being able to show that none of the 4 witnesses saw my son d...riving, that all 3 officers failed to read his Miranda rights, that my son was approached by police while walking home 1/2 mile away from where he had abandoned his car, that he was pleasant & cooperative & not endangering himself or others when they found him, and that the only evidence they had that he had driven was a video from gas station . His questioning helped with settling this case in a way that protected my sons probation provisions with minimal consequences. It allows him another chance to have a future without a permanent mark on his record . I couldn’t of asked for more with the outcome. He was always quick to respond to my text messages anytime I reached out to him. He is truly a non-traditional lawyer with an out-of-the-box approach who will fight for his clients vs an easy settle.We consulted with three other lawyers prior to Jonathon who seemed to have no idea how to fight these charges and gave us no hope. Thank you Jonathon.

Jonathan Turner is an excellent attorney. My son had 3 DUI's in less than a year. He was very depressed and had little hope. Mr Turner got them reduced to reckless driving and he got probation. Mr Turner was also able to get him in a recovery program instead of jail. I am extremely happy he was able ...to get him help instead of jail time. Mr Turner cares about his clients.

Sooo thankful I picked Mr. Turner to represent me

I was in a bad situation, with 2 previous dui’s I had a wreck after having some drinks. I contacted Mr. Turner due to his reviews and I’m thanking my lucky stars I did! Mr. Turner worked hard through loopholes to keep me out of jail, I was able to keep my license and In a years time my whole case wi...ll be dismissed. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better outcome.
