Knowledgeable, Empathetic, and Diligent

He was diligent about reviewing the evidence regarding my DUI case and was able to find some things that got my case reduced from a DUI 2nd to a DUI 1st. I highly recommend Mr. Turner as your attorney , especially if you have DUI case.

Facing a year in jail!

I was staring down the barrel of a year jail time from two different counties and multiple charges. Two DUI’s in one county which would have been my third and a violation of probation in another county for my first DUI. I ended up not doing any jail time and paying very little fines. Mr. turner went ...above and beyond, even canceling a vacation he had scheduled to represent me and fight for my freedom. I would highly recommend Mr. Turner’s services to anyone facing any type of legal trouble as he will fight for you and most importantly you can tell he cares.

Best DUI lawyer in TN

I got arrested for a DUI as well as having a handgun and drugs in the vehicle and Jonathan was able to get my gun charge dropped as well as a possession charge and a few other minor charges. At the end of the day I got a really good deal and was happy with how things turned out! Working with Mr.Turne...r was very easy and he was very informative throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend him if you end up in need of legal representation, he’s the man you want!

Life saver

I was charged with a dui 3rd and was incredibly worried about the consequences that I was facing. Mr. Turner did a great job of alleviating my anxiety about everything with his knowledge and unique strategies on navigating my case. I now have a chance at getting my whole case dismissed which is truly... a blessing and nothing short of a miracle. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal help.

Experienced

Jonathan is an excellent lawyer. Just that plain and simple. I went to him with a case that for all intensive purposes was pretty hopeless. Was just not wanting to be at the mercy of the court without someone on my side. The case was long for what it was but the court system was to blame for that. Bu...t incredibly 3 years after being charged I came out with a much better verdict then I originally faced. Court is not the best place to find yourself we all know that but having someone there with you is important. Whenever I hear that someone is in a sticky situation or has some legal issues I always tell them to get a lawyer right away. And in this case I’m glad that Jonathan was my lawyer. And for a price that was better then anyone else that I called. Point blank is that Jonathan did what I thought was impossible and has saved me allot of headache and allot of stress. Jonathan is an expert in court. He has a strategy from day one and he’s good at what he does. Highly recommend if your in legal trouble especially DUI to give him a call!
