A True Asset to the Judicial System

Johnathan Turner has provided me with outstanding representation with such a professional and compassionate manner. Johnathan has taken care of my legal needs and he truly cares about the people he represents. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I have used other attorney’s... in the past and I have never been treated with the amount of respect he has shown me from day one. Johnathon is truly a man of integrity that is a true asset to the judicial system and Tennessee is very fortunate to have him. Johnathan is a great attorney and one you want fighting for you. He handled my case exquisitely and I couldn’t be happier with the results of service. I highly recommend Johnathan Turner for your legal needs.

If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be able to give him a review.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to TN. It has been a big adjustment for us. Needless to say things are a lot different here than in FL. Her and I had been having issues; we got into an argument, and it's sad to say how bad it escalated. Police got involved and I got my first complimentary ride to ...jail. Apparently in TN, especially in our county; Williamson County, whenever a domestic dispute is called in, someone is going to jail. Honestly I'm glad it was me instead of her, but she didn't want me taken away. Long story short, Johnathan was hired by my father Last Min and saw me the day before I went to court. The D.A. wanted to put me away for awhile. I have a family to support and thank to Johnathan, he kept things from escalating even further for me and I was able to send me home to her and our children just at the pretrial.

Domestic Violence

Me and my wife live in Florida. Our oldest son recently moved to Tennessee with his girlfriend and three children. My son made a grave mistake by physically getting into a confrontation with his girlfriend. The police were called. Even though his girlfriend didn't want my son arrested. The officers u...sed their discretion and arrested my son anyway. That turned our whole world upside down. We couldn't travel, and our son was in detention. Our son is not a criminal, but he realized his mistake. We were press for time. I've never hired a lawyer, didn't even know how. We had 24 hours, before our son was to face a judge with no one to represent him. I took a crash course on the internet looking for a last minute lawyer. I made a few phone calls, left messages. My heart was pounding, I was very concerned. In my search I came across Mr. Jonathan William Turner. Like any other call I left a message. Within minutes Mr. Turner called. Mr. Turner Knew immediately what questions to ask me from the message I left him. Just from the tone of his voice, my concerned feelings subsided. Mr. Turner assured me not to worry. We were so greatful that he would represent our son the following morning. Mr. Turner appeared in court and kept us informed every moment possible. It was like we were there. After a second appearance, Mr. Turner got our son out of detention, and into probation. The word probation never sound so good in this case. We Highly Recommend Mr. Jonathon William Turner. His experience and expertise in his field has brought peace into our hearts. Thank you for your service Mr.Turner Sincerely Roberto/Myrna

Jonathan Turner - Client Review

I had a situation with my employer; I was suspended without pay with no investigation into the alleged event. Employment law firms did not want to take my case because there was no money involved. I then began looking for an aggressive individual attorney, and got Mr. Turner's name from a mutual a...cquaintance. He was hesitant at first because employment law was not his field, but finally agreed to represent me. I gave him my employment suspension information, and he started researching. We met to discuss possible options to take regarding my situation. He continued to research and updated me frequently as we waited for the suspension hearing. He prepared me for the hearing, and reminded me that I had further options if the hearing ruled against me. He represented me at the hearing, and obtained a favorable ruling that rescinded my suspension.
