Great Communicator / Great Results

We hired Jonathan for a family member who needed his services. The charges looked pretty severe. Jonathan was able to clearly tell us what was going on, where we were in the process, and what needed to happen to prevent the severe charges. We followed his advice and the result was a small fraction of... what it would have been without him. Very happy with his service. Would hire again without hesitation.

Excellent Highly Competent Lawyer!!

Jonathan did an excellent job helping our nephew with a drug misdemeanor charge. He seemed to know the right people to talk to and manage the Tennessee court system with competence. In a very short time, we had an offer on the table that was accepted with minimal community service. Without his hel...p, our nephew would had had a record to contend with for a significant amount of time. We will always appreciate his ability to manage his case effectively and efficiently. Public Intox and Disorderly Charges Dropped & Expunged thanks to Jon

I was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. When I reached out to Jon I was expecting to get a receptionist or voicemail at best, instead it went right to Jon who sat and listened to my explain my situation. Jon was extremely reassuring and attentive. Jon showed up for my first app...earance so I did not have to attend. I was very anxious and nervous during this entire time period and every time I had a question or concern Jon immediately got back to me to reassure me he would take care of it. He read through the police report and told me what he thought he could do from what he read. Jon believed he could get the charges dismissed based off of the report and worst case believed I would be eligible for the first time offender program. When Jon told me that the DA I was assigned to was tough (but reasonable) I was certain I would not get the charges dropped. I showed up to court and Jon went in and not only got my charges completely dismissed (pending payment of court fees), but he even got the fee for one of my charges dropped and saved me $400. On top of that, Jon stayed and helped me pay the fees right then and there, brought my file back to be signed by the judge, then walked it back to the clerk to be expunged. I walked out of the courtroom completely done and able to put the incident behind me. I can't recommend Jon enough. There's no way I would have been able to navigate this without him and I doubt that I would've gotten the same results an attention from someone else.

All according to plan

Hired mr. Turner to represent me after doing a quick google search and a consultation where he told me what he could do for my situation. He stated that we could try for expungement and made me feel confident i would not have to deal with the serious consequences of a public intox. He was very confid...ent and knew what he was doing. With his help, i managed to get diversion to get the charge expunged.

Good Knowledgeable Lawyer

Jonathan helped me navigate a > 100mph speeding ticket. Williamson county is known for pushing for harsh penalties for this offence, even as a first offence. Jonathan negotiated for a 30 day probation period plus paying court fees after using a Diversion Application which is allowed for first time of...fenders. Had I not contacted Jonathan and used his representation I would have found out the hard way (and too late) how Williamson County Court deals with these offences.
