Great Lawyer

I have been working with Mr. Turner for over 2 years due to the system being slow. He has successfully defended me in court where I was found innocent. The state appealed it and Mr. Turner continued to work with me and defend me through the appeal process. He is a great attorney, explains everything ...about the process in detail, and even gave me his defense for my appeal since I had so many questions. He has always gotten back to me in a timely manner and answered any questions I have. I have recommended him to friends and family as well. I could not think of a better lawyer to have gone through this process with and would recommend him to anybody.

Review

I am a business professional that failed to make a plan before going out one night, and unfortunately I needed a DUI Atty at nights end. I wish I could tell you that Mr. Turner whipped out his magic wand and made it all disappear. He did not, but he never gave up, he presented every possibility with... its ups and downs, and he showed up three separate times all for the original price. I certainly got the best representation possible. Absolute professional and the best DUI representation you can pay for...

Proven Winner

I hired Jonathan Turner to represent me in two criminal cases where the odds and evidence were stacked heavily against me. I also had several parties on the prosecution side that were hostile toward me. Add to the equation that I'm a bit of a wild card myself, and am not the easiest client to work w...ith. Jonathan is a highly intelligent guy. The first round of court we just had so many hostile parties against us so he wisely punted and got me a continuance. He cares about winning and getting his clients the best possible outcome. There was no way we were going to get that on that particular day. Round two came along about a month later and Jonathan got me the win via TKO :) He got me judicial diversion on one charge and got the other charge dismissed on a technicality he found. The guy is brilliant. No fines. No community service. I now have the opportunity to have a clean criminal record because of Jonathan Turner. He just wins. I would recommend Jonathan Turner to anyone who wants the best opportunity to have a favorable outcome in their case(s). Jonathan won't "blue sky" you. He is very direct and pragmatic man. Just trust him and follow his lead. Do what he asks of you. This is some great advice from one of his more difficult clients. Hire a proven winner. Give Jonathan Turner the opportunity to fight for you and you will be glad you did. I highly recommend him and if I ever need an attorney again, I will not hesitate to call Jonathan Turner.

Superb lawyer!

With my case being a Class D felony, i was hesitant on selecting just any lawyer. After reading reviews and his background and experience, I contacted Mr. Turner through email and got a quick response back. From there, I felt confident in my selection from meeting his super sweet assistant that was a...lso helpful and based off the conversations between Mr. Turner and I. The day of my court appearance, I felt at ease knowing he had several different defense plans for me. After speaking with the DA, he got the felony dropped to a misdemeanor with just 6 months of probation and small fine to pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! He explained everything to "basic" terms so that I understood, and answered any questions honestly and gave me the best advice for my situation.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY !!!!

Our daughter was facing charges of a 2nd pending DUI. We had previously worked with another attorney prior to seeking out Jonathan and was told that since she had already chosen a path of healing and recovery on her own in 6 months of rehab, he may possibly be able to get a maximum of 5 days jail tim...e shortened off of the pending 20 days rehab credit allowance and 25 days jail sentence. Our daughter decided to take this chance at erasing only 5 days off of her pending sentence and take her case to a higher court. With that decision in hand going forward, we decided to hire Jonathan Turner and see if he could get better results, since we adamantly felt it would only do our daughter harm rather than good at that point in the recovery process she had embraced so fully and with much success!! Jonathan went to bat and immediately found many questionable issues with the traffic stop itself. As Jonathan continued to fight every issue he saw, our daughter's case ended up being reduced to a LESSER charge and only 48 HOURS jail time. FINALLY a HUGE relief had been realized after her long 2 year wait with many previous court dates. While working with Jonathan, we found him to be extremely motivated to help, personable and easy to relate and communicate with...including immediate replies to all of our questions, along with being compassionate with our daughter's situation .... his tenacity in the court room was amazing! He kept going back in and fighting for even more of a positive outcome for us as the morning in court unfolded. In the end, I over heard one of the other attorneys say to Jonathan, "Now, THAT'S a good day in court !" ... We AGREE and with much, much gratitude !!
