Amazed and Thankful

After many bad decisions, I found myself facing a Class B felony and 2 misdemeanor charges. The felony carried a sentence of 8-12 years with mandatory jail time. Needless to say, I was extremely worried and upset about how this would effect my future, and my chance to live a happy successful life. Ob...viously, I needed to hire an attorney, and was reccomend Johnathan through a friend of my family member. I called him and explained what happened, and he said he would be happy to represent me. After checking his reviews, just like the one I'm writing right now, I decided to hire Johnathan. At my preliminary hearing I realized just how great Johnathan really is. During cross examination he completely amazed me, and it was then I knew I had made the right decision to hire him. During the entire process, he kept me informed of possible outcomes and told me he would fight for me, which he did. He did such an amazing job that the DA decided he didn't want to take my felony case to trial. Johnathan got my felony dropped, which is amazing, and got me a great deal on my misdemeanor charges. I am so grateful and glad I chose him to represent me. He has literally given me a second chance to live a happy, successful life. I'm not sure what the outcome would have been if I had hired a different attorney. If you are reading this, and are in need of a lawyer, I can tell you with 100% confidence that you won't find a better one than Johnathan. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Johnathan, you have literally given me a second chance at life, and for that I will be forever grateful!

Proven Winner

I hired Jonathan Turner to represent me in two criminal cases where the odds and evidence were stacked heavily against me. I also had several parties on the prosecution side that were hostile toward me. Add to the equation that I'm a bit of a wild card myself, and am not the easiest client to work w...ith. Jonathan is a highly intelligent guy. The first round of court we just had so many hostile parties against us so he wisely punted and got me a continuance. He cares about winning and getting his clients the best possible outcome. There was no way we were going to get that on that particular day. Round two came along about a month later and Jonathan got me the win via TKO :) He got me judicial diversion on one charge and got the other charge dismissed on a technicality he found. The guy is brilliant. No fines. No community service. I now have the opportunity to have a clean criminal record because of Jonathan Turner. He just wins. I would recommend Jonathan Turner to anyone who wants the best opportunity to have a favorable outcome in their case(s). Jonathan won't "blue sky" you. He is very direct and pragmatic man. Just trust him and follow his lead. Do what he asks of you. This is some great advice from one of his more difficult clients. Hire a proven winner. Give Jonathan Turner the opportunity to fight for you and you will be glad you did. I highly recommend him and if I ever need an attorney again, I will not hesitate to call Jonathan Turner.

Beyond my expectations!

I was beyond pleased with my experience with Jonathan Turner. I was facing a misdemeanor charge at age 21 all because of a stupid mistake that I made. I was beyond concerned about losing my job (I work at a girls detention center and being charged with the misdemeanor would have resulted in terminati...on) and I was terrified at what else might have been in store for me. It could have potentially been jail time! I called Jonathan Turner with 3 issues- speeding 94 in a 70, no insurance, and unlawful removal (I had someone else's 2017 sticker on my expired tag). The morning of court Jonathan assured me that I could just sit back and let him do his job and everything would be alright. Boy, was he right!!!!!!! Jonathan and I had discussed doing probation for 6 months in order for the misdemeanor to be wiped off of my record, therefore this is the outcome I was prepared for. However, Jonathan Turner went above and beyond my expectations!! He pulled me out of the court room before the final call and told me that he was able to get my no insurance ticket completely dropped, he was able to get my speeding 94 in a 70 dropped down to speeding 70 in a 71, and most importantly, he was able to get my misdemeanor charge completely DROPPED!!!!! I don't know how he did it, but I give Jonathan Turner much thanks and I would recommend anyone to him. He went well above my expectations and even well above what we had agreed on. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. To go into court possibly facing jail time and to walk out with nothing but a speeding ticket was amazing to me. Thank you so much, Jonathan!!!

Superb lawyer!

With my case being a Class D felony, i was hesitant on selecting just any lawyer. After reading reviews and his background and experience, I contacted Mr. Turner through email and got a quick response back. From there, I felt confident in my selection from meeting his super sweet assistant that was a...lso helpful and based off the conversations between Mr. Turner and I. The day of my court appearance, I felt at ease knowing he had several different defense plans for me. After speaking with the DA, he got the felony dropped to a misdemeanor with just 6 months of probation and small fine to pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! He explained everything to "basic" terms so that I understood, and answered any questions honestly and gave me the best advice for my situation.

EXCEPTIONAL DEFENSE LAWYER!

Jonathan Turner is, in my opinion, the best trial lawyer in middle Tennessee. He took my case which was unique to put it nicely. After one (free) consultation, I fired my previous lawyer and right away knew he that everything was going to work out fine. I was facing a felony and four other misdemeano...rs. My case was complicated due to me incurring another charge after the initial charges. The felony and four others, I honestly was innocent of and despite any offer made, I wouldn't sweat under oath I was guilt of anything I was not. So my case was taken by Mr. Turner after it had been bound over to a grand jury and the original misdemeanor I was charged with, went to 4 misdemeanors and a felony. He helped me through this process for almost an entire year. He helped my family as well, going above and beyond his duties. There is nothing bad I can say about this man. He is not only one of the best trial lawyers in probably the entire US, but he also is a good person. Money is required to have a lawyer who is going to stay in business. But it never was about the money for Mr. Turner. He took it upon himself to ensure me and my family that we were going to get through this and he would be there every step oforward the way. I have heard other lawyers tell me this and could not even get them on the phone or was charged $500 for double checking a hearing. Jonathan Turner is not that kind of guy. He does exactly as he says and he will be honest about what potential outcomes will be. As a former prosecutor himself he has a pretty amazing way of knowing almost exactly what to expect. The end result was not anything that I wasn't guilty of (the original charges), so I am not a violent felon and I never spent a day in jail. I walked away with probation and a fine for the one crime I was guilty of that happened as a result of the original charges. If you are looking for a lawyer who will take lemons and make lemonade with them, then he is your guy. I honestly can't tell you that throughout all of this, I began with the "high dollar lawyers" and I got more bills, more charges and a felony. I went to Jonathan and walked away with no bills after my initial consultation where I hired him, very little probation, a record resembling the law i did break a $500 fine. And it was anot outcome that he told me would likely happen. Not bad considering I was looking at 5-15 years behind bars.
