The best lawyer in Tennessee

Johnathan Turner was a excellent attorney. He represented me in a case where I was charged with identity theft and fraudulent use, though the proceedings were temultulous at times, Mr. Turner was readily available and capable of fighting for me. He was always easy to contact if I had questions and wa...s very helpful. He was able to get my felony charges reduced to misdemeanors, and this was a case that involved co defendants. I would highly recommend him as a criminal defense lawyer, he is competent, helpful, and willing to fight for his clients.

Superb lawyer!

With my case being a Class D felony, i was hesitant on selecting just any lawyer. After reading reviews and his background and experience, I contacted Mr. Turner through email and got a quick response back. From there, I felt confident in my selection from meeting his super sweet assistant that was a...lso helpful and based off the conversations between Mr. Turner and I. The day of my court appearance, I felt at ease knowing he had several different defense plans for me. After speaking with the DA, he got the felony dropped to a misdemeanor with just 6 months of probation and small fine to pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! He explained everything to "basic" terms so that I understood, and answered any questions honestly and gave me the best advice for my situation.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY !!!!

Our daughter was facing charges of a 2nd pending DUI. We had previously worked with another attorney prior to seeking out Jonathan and was told that since she had already chosen a path of healing and recovery on her own in 6 months of rehab, he may possibly be able to get a maximum of 5 days jail tim...e shortened off of the pending 20 days rehab credit allowance and 25 days jail sentence. Our daughter decided to take this chance at erasing only 5 days off of her pending sentence and take her case to a higher court. With that decision in hand going forward, we decided to hire Jonathan Turner and see if he could get better results, since we adamantly felt it would only do our daughter harm rather than good at that point in the recovery process she had embraced so fully and with much success!! Jonathan went to bat and immediately found many questionable issues with the traffic stop itself. As Jonathan continued to fight every issue he saw, our daughter's case ended up being reduced to a LESSER charge and only 48 HOURS jail time. FINALLY a HUGE relief had been realized after her long 2 year wait with many previous court dates. While working with Jonathan, we found him to be extremely motivated to help, personable and easy to relate and communicate with...including immediate replies to all of our questions, along with being compassionate with our daughter's situation .... his tenacity in the court room was amazing! He kept going back in and fighting for even more of a positive outcome for us as the morning in court unfolded. In the end, I over heard one of the other attorneys say to Jonathan, "Now, THAT'S a good day in court !" ... We AGREE and with much, much gratitude !!

Absolutely the Best Attorney in Franklin

Jonathan Turner was able to get my "simple possession" charge and "possession of paraphernalia" charge dismissed and expunged from my record by using his knowledge of the law. The judge even took notice of his fine skills. I was out of court in less then 2 hours. He is an amazing and well liked Attor...ney. I am very grateful for his help.

EXCEPTIONAL DEFENSE LAWYER!

Jonathan Turner is, in my opinion, the best trial lawyer in middle Tennessee. He took my case which was unique to put it nicely. After one (free) consultation, I fired my previous lawyer and right away knew he that everything was going to work out fine. I was facing a felony and four other misdemeano...rs. My case was complicated due to me incurring another charge after the initial charges. The felony and four others, I honestly was innocent of and despite any offer made, I wouldn't sweat under oath I was guilt of anything I was not. So my case was taken by Mr. Turner after it had been bound over to a grand jury and the original misdemeanor I was charged with, went to 4 misdemeanors and a felony. He helped me through this process for almost an entire year. He helped my family as well, going above and beyond his duties. There is nothing bad I can say about this man. He is not only one of the best trial lawyers in probably the entire US, but he also is a good person. Money is required to have a lawyer who is going to stay in business. But it never was about the money for Mr. Turner. He took it upon himself to ensure me and my family that we were going to get through this and he would be there every step oforward the way. I have heard other lawyers tell me this and could not even get them on the phone or was charged $500 for double checking a hearing. Jonathan Turner is not that kind of guy. He does exactly as he says and he will be honest about what potential outcomes will be. As a former prosecutor himself he has a pretty amazing way of knowing almost exactly what to expect. The end result was not anything that I wasn't guilty of (the original charges), so I am not a violent felon and I never spent a day in jail. I walked away with probation and a fine for the one crime I was guilty of that happened as a result of the original charges. If you are looking for a lawyer who will take lemons and make lemonade with them, then he is your guy. I honestly can't tell you that throughout all of this, I began with the "high dollar lawyers" and I got more bills, more charges and a felony. I went to Jonathan and walked away with no bills after my initial consultation where I hired him, very little probation, a record resembling the law i did break a $500 fine. And it was anot outcome that he told me would likely happen. Not bad considering I was looking at 5-15 years behind bars.
