Mr. Turner got me the best result possible outside of the charges being completely dismissed. More communication about the status of my case is the only criticism I have. He was very professional and Info believe he worked hard to get me the best outcome possible.

I was looking at facing jail time for a simple possession charge from Williamson County. Johnathan was able to reduce it down to just probation time without having to serve any time in jail.

Terrible Experience

I hired Mr. Turner in late 2016 for a 3rd DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and implied consent. He did not lend me any assurances or even help alleviate my anxiety in between court dates, as it was hard to get more than a sentence or two out of him at a time. I emailed him a 5 paragraph long ...letter explaining everything I remembered about the arrest night, the few mistakes I noted on paperwork, the different possibilites of an outcome, etc. and his reply was "I do not have time to answer this right now, your court date is _____, there is really nothing to talk about before we see what the state says". Yet once we were in court, his gameplan for my case was to ask for continuances until hopefully something happened (i.e. TBI lose my blood, the cop in my case get fired), but was doubtful that anything would. I did not care for that plan, nor did I like his lack of communication - but I thought I was pretty much screwed anyway, so I continued with him. On the 3rd or 4th court date I happened to walk up beside him as I was walking in and he proceeded to talk to me like a different client, then asked me to remind him who I was, and then said "I didn't realize you were on the docket today". Okay, so if I have paid you thousands of dollars and put my trust in you as my lawyer, I at the VERY LEAST expect you to know when I am to scheduled to be in court?! I fired him and hired another lawyer who answered every single question I had in great detail and always kept me informed and involved with my case - which decreased my anxiety greatly. Let it be noted that this new lawyer had my 3rd DUI lessened to a reckless endangerment charge and the other charges completely dismissed last week after fighting for me in court for months. I literally only received a year of probation, which is unheard of in Williamson County (they are extremely tough on DUIs). I am 100% sure that would have never happened had I continued with Mr. Turner. I would not recommend his services at all.

If you want to give away your money

This attorney didn't have he slightest idea about the specifics of my case and was reading my file as he walked into the courtroom. He plea bargained with the DA and spent all of ten minutes on my case. He was worthless I could of represented myself with my limited knowledge with more expertise tha...n him. It's primarily about money with this attorney. I suspect he must be writing his own reviews because integrity is something he lacks
