Highly recommend

We did not give Mr. Turner much to work with and yet he still was able to get us a fantastic deal on a DUI case. He got us continuances which allowed us to get our affairs in order as well as a sentence that was far better than what the majority would have to deal with I would highly recommend Mr. Tu...rner's services to anyone who needed an attorney.

Creative

Jonathan got a much lesser penalty than anticipated by getting creative. Even the judge seemed surprised at the deal he got. He's already hired for another case of mine as well. Thanks for the hard work!

All according to plan

Hired mr. Turner to represent me after doing a quick google search and a consultation where he told me what he could do for my situation. He stated that we could try for expungement and made me feel confident i would not have to deal with the serious consequences of a public intox. He was very confid...ent and knew what he was doing. With his help, i managed to get diversion to get the charge expunged.

A name you want to remeber...

Jonathan William Turner is a name you want to remember. I have been through some very expensive lawyers that, now Mr.Turner has entered my life, did not ask me the right questions. After a very sad six-year long divorce due to my wife’s adulterating ways. I began drinking in which ultimately lea...d to three DUI cases. I hired a high-profile lawyer, in which time I spent enough money to buy a house outright, and his partner ultimately who specializes in DUI’s. So, two, supposed high profile lawyers. At least they charged the part accordingly, anyway. Not at any time during the many cases that came and went by, through my time of need, did either ask the type of questions entailed to my cases the way John W. Turner directed himself. Yes, an eye-opener indeed. Also, never was I charged such a low sum of money that John W. Turner requested up front. By not one of the lawyers, I had used over the years. Even more so surprised, due to the circumstances of my case, did I find this. This case was more than unfavorable for myself; I knew I could go away a long time; as did Mr. Turner as well. Yes, there was going to be a couple of Court hearings, minimum… I could see the Court Costs compiling in my head, past the tens of thousands, grudgingly confident. The fact is, I had been through these enough times to know how unfavorable my situation was. I was facing hard time and a big fine, at the very least. Not to mention many years of probation one would serve following the priors. Great. I was NOT loving the thought of being stared at while peeing, by some random officer on a power trip getting his/her kicks, violating anyone they can. I have three DUI’s declared as having a Habitual Driving Felony now on record, not permitted to drive in the state of TN, for six years from the date of my last Court hearing. Or, I go straight to prison. You heard me correct. I now am a Felon. I had never so much as had a speeding ticket, before the start of my divorce at age 36, and I was losing everything I owned to my wife, now I was declared a FELON. Divorce is a terrible thing, guys. I’ve found out many souls get torn apart by this. Starting at the top with one Adult and one, well, .…Not. And now being represented by John W. Turner, who unequivocally is skilled at his craft, would have been most certainly my first choice. Oh, and if Time Travel was possible. Write his name down ladies and gentlemen. Put it in your phone, tablet, comp., and your Rolodex for the ones who still use such device. Heck. Tattoo it on the rear-end of your spouse. It quite possibly might even save them. The Verdict: Very quickly you will find, Mr. Turner wastes no time. He might even come across as a tad terse to some until your first meeting. Do not be offended. Reduced from 2 years in prison, umpteen years of probation and a $4000 fine + Court. Mr. Turner achieved just three days in the town pokey, 12 months’ probation, oh and a flat $500 fine. Now, where was that tattoo parlor again?!

Kickass!

This guy is def a thorn in the side of an D.A. He’s quick and verbally kicks ass. In 2015 the state pushed felony charges on me for an unfortunate incident, he brought it down and got me no jail time. I hired him again for a stupid theft charge(long story) and he got me exactly what I wanted. He’s wo...rth the $.
