DUI

I hired Mr. Turner to represent me for a DUI case in Dickson, TN. I am 48 years old and this was my first arrest. I was an emotional wreck. Mr. Turner eased my mind the first time I spoke with him. Hire him! You won't regret it!

He was able to get 2 of my 3 charges dismissed. I was facing punishment for simple possession & drug paraphernalia, and I walked away with only fines + 1 year of probation. He really helped me get the best possible outcome for my case in Williamson County. Affordable price for a quality service.

Felony charge dropped

I was facing a very serious felony burglary charge, and Jonathan was able to make the entire situation practically disappear. I will serve no jail time, no probation, and I can have the charge expunged after a year. I am forever grateful, I highly recommend him as a lawyer.

Jonathon took my call right away and answered my immediate questions. Throughout the process he was forthright and fair in describing possible outcomes. The day of the hearing he was able to successfully negotiate minimum sentencing when I was facing much worse.

Worked a miracle

Jonathon was able to work a MIRACLE and get me yet another continuance! the 1st continuance was due to my son being in a head on collosion (shockingly enough, my son was hit by an ACTAUAL drunk driver, we spent several days in Kosairs Hospital) the second continuance being car trouble omw to court th...is morning. I was in tears and scared to death they were going to put in jail for missing today even though I had no control of my circumstances. He is working a 2nd offense DUI case for me. (2ND OFFENSE in the state of Tennessee, I have no DUI on my record in YEARS in my home state of Kentucky) yet TN is trying to give me a min. of 45 days up to 11 months. I'm a business owner and a mother of 4 I've never spent a whole day away from either. I was NOT even in the DISABLED vehicle when the cop arrived at the scene because MY AAA had dispatched him out to check on us because they were taking longer than they expected. I will update this post as the case progresses but I feel confident so far in Jonathon's hands as I have read these reviews just like you are now and these reviews were my deciding factor in choosing him as my attorney.
