DUI

I was facing serious jail time for a DUI. My original attorney said nothing could be done. I contacted Johnathan, and he gave me hope. He listened and fought for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I couldn't be happier with his service, 5 stars isn't enough for the dedication he showed ...to my case.

Dui master

We hired Jonathan to assist my boyfriend with his DUI case, and his exceptional skills took us completely by surprise. Neither one of us knew what to expect from the beginning when we first met him with his very warm caring demeanor , but with a straightforward approach to his take it by the horns a...ctions when he's in court ! He makes you feel at ease no matter what the situation is whether he's going over what to expect prior to court or when you're actually in court with him. It's obvious he knows his stuff and doesn't back down for no one. You know from the first conversation with him that he is ready to fight for you through thick and thin. Through his actions he's able to give you a confidence that's hard to explain... you have faith in him and he knows how to take your worries away. He was able to get a few crucial convictions thrown out in the first court session, and literally had everyone in the courtroom in awe. He was fair but he knew every step to take through the entire hearing. If you're looking for an exceptional attorney Jonathan Turner is your man !! We can't thank him enough for everything he's done for us . I would thoroughly and highly recommend him to anyone without any hesitation!!!!!

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY !!!!

Our daughter was facing charges of a 2nd pending DUI. We had previously worked with another attorney prior to seeking out Jonathan and was told that since she had already chosen a path of healing and recovery on her own in 6 months of rehab, he may possibly be able to get a maximum of 5 days jail tim...e shortened off of the pending 20 days rehab credit allowance and 25 days jail sentence. Our daughter decided to take this chance at erasing only 5 days off of her pending sentence and take her case to a higher court. With that decision in hand going forward, we decided to hire Jonathan Turner and see if he could get better results, since we adamantly felt it would only do our daughter harm rather than good at that point in the recovery process she had embraced so fully and with much success!! Jonathan went to bat and immediately found many questionable issues with the traffic stop itself. As Jonathan continued to fight every issue he saw, our daughter's case ended up being reduced to a LESSER charge and only 48 HOURS jail time. FINALLY a HUGE relief had been realized after her long 2 year wait with many previous court dates. While working with Jonathan, we found him to be extremely motivated to help, personable and easy to relate and communicate with...including immediate replies to all of our questions, along with being compassionate with our daughter's situation .... his tenacity in the court room was amazing! He kept going back in and fighting for even more of a positive outcome for us as the morning in court unfolded. In the end, I over heard one of the other attorneys say to Jonathan, "Now, THAT'S a good day in court !" ... We AGREE and with much, much gratitude !!

Dui Dismissal

Jonathan was able to get me out of a DUI for multiple technicalities other lawyers may not have seen. He used previous Supreme Court cases to support my case and did amazing. Not only is he great at his job, but he is very good as supporting his clients (first time I've ever been in trouble). He was ...able to get all charges completely dismissed without any costs. I was unsure about taking it to circuit court but if I can give anyone advice it would be to listen to his advice!!!! He used to be a prosecutor so he is able to foresee how a prosecutor will use evidence and be prepared for his rebuttal He is amazing at what he does.

WOW

When facing a DUI, non consent, reckless driving, gun, drug charges, and various others, I turned to Jonathan in my time of need. After 9 months of fighting these charges, he got me off with 1 charge... reckless driving. I payed my fine and was out the door of the courthouse. No probation, no jail ti...me, no worries. If you are in a jam and need to get out I would strongly advise you to hire this man. Outstanding work.
