Great attorney

We have used him twice and both times had a fair outcome. He has always answered all of our questions in a prompt and courteous manner.

A True Asset to the Judicial System

Johnathan Turner has provided me with outstanding representation with such a professional and compassionate manner. Johnathan has taken care of my legal needs and he truly cares about the people he represents. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I have used other attorney’s... in the past and I have never been treated with the amount of respect he has shown me from day one. Johnathon is truly a man of integrity that is a true asset to the judicial system and Tennessee is very fortunate to have him. Johnathan is a great attorney and one you want fighting for you. Domestic Violence

Me and my wife live in Florida. Our oldest son recently moved to Tennessee with his girlfriend and three children. My son made a grave mistake by physically getting into a confrontation with his girlfriend. The police were called. Even though his girlfriend didn't want my son arrested. The officers u...sed their discretion and arrested my son anyway. That turned our whole world upside down. We couldn't travel, and our son was in detention. Our son is not a criminal, but he realized his mistake. We were press for time. I've never hired a lawyer, didn't even know how. We had 24 hours, before our son was to face a judge with no one to represent him. I took a crash course on the internet looking for a last minute lawyer. I made a few phone calls, left messages. My heart was pounding, I was very concerned. In my search I came across Mr. Jonathan William Turner. Like any other call I left a message. Within minutes Mr. Turner called. Mr. Turner Knew immediately what questions to ask me from the message I left him. Just from the tone of his voice, my concerned feelings subsided. Mr. Turner assured me not to worry. We were so greatful that he would represent our son the following morning. Mr. Turner appeared in court and kept us informed every moment possible. It was like we were there. After a second appearance, Mr. Turner got our son out of detention, and into probation. The word probation never sound so good in this case. We Highly Recommend Mr. Jonathon William Turner. Terrible Experience

I hired Mr. Turner in late 2016 for a 3rd DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and implied consent. He did not lend me any assurances or even help alleviate my anxiety in between court dates, as it was hard to get more than a sentence or two out of him at a time. I emailed him a 5 paragraph long ...letter explaining everything I remembered about the arrest night, the few mistakes I noted on paperwork, the different possibilites of an outcome, etc. and his reply was "I do not have time to answer this right now, your court date is _____, there is really nothing to talk about before we see what the state says". Yet once we were in court, his gameplan for my case was to ask for continuances until hopefully something happened (i.e. TBI lose my blood, the cop in my case get fired), but was doubtful that anything would. I did not care for that plan, nor did I like his lack of communication - but I thought I was pretty much screwed anyway, so I continued with him. On the 3rd or 4th court date I happened to walk up beside him as I was walking in and he proceeded to talk to me like a different client, then asked me to remind him who I was, and then said "I didn't realize you were on the docket today". Okay, so if I have paid you thousands of dollars and put my trust in you as my lawyer, I at the VERY LEAST expect you to know when I am to scheduled to be in court?! I fired him and hired another lawyer who answered every single question I had in great detail and always kept me informed and involved with my case - which decreased my anxiety greatly. Let it be noted that this new lawyer had my 3rd DUI lessened to a reckless endangerment charge and the other charges completely dismissed last week after fighting for me in court for months. I literally only received a year of probation, which is unheard of in Williamson County (they are extremely tough on DUIs). I am 100% sure that would have never happened had I continued with Mr. Turner. I would not recommend his services at all.

If you want to give away your money

This attorney didn't have he slightest idea about the specifics of my case and was reading my file as he walked into the courtroom. He plea bargained with the DA and spent all of ten minutes on my case. He was worthless I could of represented myself with my limited knowledge with more expertise tha...n him. It's primarily about money with this attorney. I suspect he must be writing his own reviews because integrity is something he lacks
