Mr. Girksy have been always professional, transparent about my case and their communication with me about every phase of my case was top notch! My case was was far from the normal divorce, but his paralegal helped me through this high-stress time of my life. She explained things the way that I coul...d easily understand. It’s obvious why she is Mr. Girsky’s right hand gal! While in court (several times), Mr. Girksy was well prepared to argue my side every time!! I didn’t get the exact outcome that I expected, but as new facts emerged, Mr. Girksy helped to prepare me for the possible outcomes that may happen so that I wouldn’t be blind sided. I found his Paralegals to be honest and up front a...nd found Mr. Girsky to shoot me straight if he thought we needed to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Not every case is a winning case and not every situation is the same when you consider the circumstances. I have been through this enough times to know that you win some, you lose some. It would not surprise me in the least (based on my experiences with Mr. Girsky) if the negative comments were made out of losing a case that just could not be won. I would recommend this firm time and time again if you want a lawyer and his support staff who will actually work your case and push the other side to step up.
