John is very dynamic and obviously knows how to negotiate with the other side. He appears to be very laid back and low key; he is certainly easy to work with, but he is, in fact, a piranha - or a shark! John had advice on what steps to take during the time I was waiting for my case to go to trial.... That satisfied the prosecutor and he got my case dismissed. Not having this issue hanging over my head and the potential repercussions is a tremendous relief.

I hired Mr. John Brinkley after I was arrested for a felony for possession of marijuana. I was currently already on State probation for possession of controlled substance. I was denied bond and held on a probation hold. He fought for me to get released on a probation bond which he accomplished for me.... I could of been revoked on my probation and sent to prison for 8 yrs for just being arrested. Instead of going to court for probation violation he got it postponed until my new case was resolved. Unfortunately I failed a drug test for marijuana a month before I went to trial. So when it came time to go to trial my probation officer wanted me to do time and not receive more probation.
