Always there when we needed her. Compassionate and understanding. Unwaivering trust in us and this trust was important to us. There were alot of things that we did not understand as we have never been through anything like this and Nancy always took the time to explain anything we were unsure of. Na...ncy is very intelligent and helpful. We were always soothed by her after any conversation we had. We feel that Nancy goes above and beyond the required steps to make the journey easier and less stressful for us. When we came to FL. for a week to settle our case we arrived at our hotel to find that she had provided us with food and beverage which was so thoughtful since we arrived very late. Nancy also made all the arrangements (travel,hotel, flight) for us and this was very appreciated. We feel that our experience with Nancy was very positive and would definetly refer and/or hire her again for any needs.
