Joseph Rooth is one of the finest people I've had the pleasure to get to know

Joseph Rooth is one of the finest people I've had the pleasure to get to know. I had a great feeling about him when I first met him and decided to retain him to represent me. One of the VERY best choices I ever made. Any time I had a question his staff was more than happy to help, Sharon and the enti...re group. Some people you simply can tell have class, a genuine caring nature, and have great dedication to their chosen craft, and you know they will do their best for you. Joseph and his group are that personified. When I thought I had done a terrible job in the hearing not answering in a clear way he seemed to be able to cut through things to help greatly, he knew from experience that I would prevail, and was steadfast in that belief. And he was right ! Even if I had not been successful, I would recommend him to anyone to be the best person to give the best effort in dealing with such legal matters. And just as a person he is exemplorary.

Not just an Attorney the very Best Attorney

MR Rooth is the one Attorney, I can say will treat you with the Highest respect and professionalism that i have ever received from an attorney. His knowledge and strategy along with his guidance and ability to give you no less then 100% ALL the time makes his Firm and staff Second to NONE. IT has ...been a long and emotional road coupled with overwhelming Disabilities. IT has taken a very long time to type this review with my disabilities but the severity of the pain is how much i Believe in this Attorney and his staff and Firm in general. That the least i can do to Repay the outstanding Results. is endure pain to honor the due diligence and support they gave me as a Claimant/client..

To Whom It May Concern: Three plus years ago, I was injured at work, and needed to seek legal counsel, because of the extent of my injuries. Unfortunately, I was roped in by a TV commercial, which I am positive you have seen hundreds of times. The husband, and wife team with their two sons have satu...rated much commercial air time over the past few years, not to exclude their names, and photos plastered all over taxis, and public transportation. After, I contacted the highly advertised TV firm mentioned above, I was assigned to an associated attorney. It was three months, before I actually ever came face to face with the assigned attorney who would be handling my case. The only contact I ever had with the man was through email, and two phone calls. Our first meeting was at a mediation held in St. Petersburg. Attended by my assigned attorney, the employer’s attorney, stenographer, and myself. It was my immediate observation during that session, that both sides wanted this over A.S.A.P. The proof came a couple of weeks after the mediation meeting, I receive an email from my assigned attorney stating he had presented an amount to the opposition for settlement. When I finished reading the email, I immediately “fired” him. The reason being…presenting a dollar amount without my permission, or discussion, is a breech in attorney/client relations, and that is unethical. Being totally discouraged with the assigned attorney experience, and feeling like a fool, at my vulnerability to a TV commercial, I reached out to a friend in the legal loop. My friend has 35 years of experience as a legal investigator in the state of Florida. Upon hearing my story, I was given two high profile Firms name in the Tampa Bay area. I called, and asked, if they would be willing to recommend a workman comp. attorney? On two separate occasions, I was given the name Attorney Joseph Rooth. A week later, I was in Attorney Rooth's office for our first meeting. For these past three years Mr. Rooth diligently fought the battle for me. The opposition is a very “powerful cooperation," here in the U.S., as well as in several foreign countries. The "opposition’s team" used ever type of underhanded, and intimidating tactic you can imagine. The more opposition threw obstacles in our path....the more the challenge was meet with victory by my Attorney Rooth. Never did I have to call, or insist Attorney Rooth take care of anything, he was on it immediately. Last, and most important, my case was just recently settled after three years, and I am happy to tell you that the amount is a "substantial difference" compared to what the TV commercial assigned attorney had submitted. Mr. Rooth is not only "intelligent," professional, and most importantly holds a high standard of ethics, but is also, a kind, and caring man. There are not enough “Thank You” for Mr. Rooth's long hours on my case, his hard work, endurance, persistence, and determination to make the opposition to do the right thing by me, which in turn has secured my future. Attorney Rooth genuinely cares about his clients. I can testify to that fact. I am honored, and happy to endorse Attorney Rooth, and his Law Firm, and his wonderful staff. Respectfully, Teresa

Most qualified Worker's Compensation attorney

My case was difficult, one that could easily be lost due to a technicality. I knew that in order to have any chance of winning, I had to pick the best lawyer, the most qualified Worker's Compensation attorney. I couldn't trust my case to just any lawyer, or one who only does Worker's Compensation on ...the side or once in a while. I certainly wasn't going to choose my attorney through a TV commercial, I needed to win my case. Finding an expert was surprisingly easy, because there are so few lawyers qualified in this field. In fact, Mr. Joseph Rooth is the only lawyer, in all of Pasco County, that is board certified and less than 2% of Florida lawyers are board certified in Worker's Compensation. I did my homework in picking the right attorney. Lucky for me, he agreed to take me on as his client. Mr. Rooth and his staff were always approachable, they always took the time to answer all my questions and return all my calls. He explained the Deposition and Mediation process to me, so that I felt more comfortable and less nervous. He handled everything and my case was completed quickly. I want to say thank you to Mr. Rooth for representing me, for all his attention and most importantly, for winning justice for me.

Very satisfied

Mr. Rooth represented me with my workers compensation case and I cannot be more pleased with how professional he was with everything that he did. If I called Joe he either answered himself at times or I left a message but he always got back to me and I never had to worry about anything. His staff at ...his office was always very nice and professional as well and I would highly recommend Mr. Rooth to anyone who may need help regarding workers comp.
