Thank you Joe, I feelI have been Justified!

I was referred by a well respected Attorney, and I am glad I followed up on this referral. I have been back and fourth since 2015. I retained Mr. Rooth this past June, 2017, and we just settled this week (3 months) later and I am happy to announce I will be able to receive treatment that was prior de...clined. Always commanding Respect, and demonstrating a High Level of Integrity.

Excellent lawyer

A lot of hard, professional work done by both Mr. Rooth and his legal assistant put in for us. They both truly care about their clients. I cannot say enough about them!

Mr. Rooth has been able to take care of and relieve much of my anxiety.

When I was first injured at work & went to see a lawyer, he told us to sell our home & move to Georgia then sue the hospital Mr. Rooth assured us when we went to see him we didn't have to do this, what a relief to myself & my husband. Mr. Rooth always made time for me even with his busy schedule when... I had questions or concerns. When Workmens comp notified me they were sending a lawyer of theirs to talk to me or to take me to court Mr. Rooth assures me he will be present which alleviated much of my anxiety. I have had many problems with workmans comp which Mr. Rooth has been able to take care of and relieve much of my anxiety.

Worker's Compensation Claim

I had a long running workers compensation and was getting nowhere with the adjusters handling the file. I contacted Mr. Rooth and within 5 weeks, I received the payment for my disability rating as well as penalties and interest. Well done!
