Attorney Okun what can I say otherthan he is an amazing Attorney and friend well skip friend hes more like family because he is the most down to earth attorney I've ever met he has a human like quality about him that overshadows his title instead of the normal stuck up appearances most lawyers stick ...to in their expensive suits and cars you know the guys who sit with you for 20min. Mr. Okun just helped me sell my business. Mr. Okun took a really bad contract brought to me and read it thru and pointed out all of the incorrect provisions and completely rewrote it from 48 pages to 16 pages. Both my CPA and Mr. Okun agreed that the 48 pages was a complete disaster and the 16 page... agreement drafted by Mr. Okun was much more detailed to my business sale. Mr. Okun drafted the contract by hand and did not use a fill in the blank form. After the sale, the purchaser gave me a lease agreement to sign. The one that the buyer drafted was flawed in my favor - Mr. Okun corrected the agreement and sent it back to the purchaser (lessee) for review. Mr. Okun protected my interests in this complex transaction.
