We would certainly refer others to David...

My wife and I have had an excellent experience with attorney David Goldman. He is honest and consistent in his dealings with us. In our case, everything has worked out in the manner in which he had stated. We would certainly refer others to David and seek out his legal advice for any future contin...gency involving our need to hire an attorney.

Exceptional Service - Personally Helped Me With My Case

I was shocked to see the bad reviews about Mr. Goldman. My experience was fantastic. Mr. Goldman personally met with me and helped me through some tough spots during our case, and was always on the level when explaining my options.

Would Not Recommend

Once you hire this attorney, he no longer feels the need to interact with you. You are told to communicate through his assistant who also does not feel the need to communicate with you. I have called both these people over 15 times and have only actually been given the courtesy of a return call on ...1 occasion, and that was from his assistant, who was going to check with him and get back to me with an answer. Never happened. This is not a lawyer I would recommend. My impression is that this is an attorney who is only interested in signing you and collecting his fee. I was treated with niether respect or courtesy. I deal with lawyers on a daily basis in my business, so I do know what I am talking about. Unfortunately, when I hired him, I was under the impression he was someone else. This was my mistake, but I don't want it to be yours.

no communication, drags case out

They just want you to sign with them, they push you to settle so they can get quick and easy money.....If its not enough (or fair) then they will drag and drag and keep pushing you to settle for pennies...rather upsetting to see lawyers on TV all night long telling us how we need them and such... I h...onestly could have achieved the same settlement offer on my case all by myself, this firm has not shown me that they have provided ANY value to my case thus far.....They really have no interest in going to trial as that would be allot of work for them.....So they just wait and ignore me and see if i give up and settle. In all fairness this is probably what EVERY lawyer does...Small cases <$50k that's just easy milk money to them and sadly they really don't care about the victim in the matter.....The lawyers make great money, and it seems the doctors make even more....the person that got hurt, gets the crumbs that fall off the table. I was in an accident of no fault of my own and i will end up with a financial loss after this is all said and done.
