Success! He helped me get the $$$ I was owed.

I was involved in a mid-level traffic accident which resulted in a knee injury and necessitated physical therapy for my neck and back. The accident wasn't my fault but the other driver claimed falsely it was and his insurance refused to pay. Mr. Goldman was kind and listened and then took my case. ... He skillfully proved fault by the other driver and saved me likely thousands of dollars in higher rates and out of pocket medical costs PLUS DAMAGES. And then he was humble about it! I can not say enough good things about him. If you need a great lawyer - he's your guy.

Attorney who knows the Law

Excellent service

I felt the attorneys were very accommodating and very reachable by phone and email. The staff and receptionist were very kind. They took a reduction in their fees to give me more money which was very good of them.

Happy Client

After researching online various law firms to represent me for my no-fault automobile accident, I chose this firm based on reviews. David Goldman was nice and professional and available to me throughout the entire process, which was important to me, as I never had need for an attorney before and had... no idea what to do or what to expect. The doctors he recommended for treatment were equally as nice and professional. My case settled with incredible results and I am ready to get back to living my life again. I would recommend David's firm to anybody and thank them sincerely for all their help.

Excellent

We hired David Goldman to represent us after we were hurt in a car accident. David worked very hard and always kept us updated as the case progressed. Ultimately, we received a great result because of David's fortitude.
