I had the most heinous traffic ticket situation. I was accused of 115 in a 60 by a state trooper. Trooper said he could not tell what make and model my car was when he called in to dispatch. Mr. Haenel fought my case at trial and won. Mr. Haenel's extensive knowledge and experience proved invaluable ...in trying my case. Ultimately he defended me fantastically in this legal quagmire. I just got home from the court house. Cannot wait to share that David Haenel is one of the best lawyers in the district!!! If you want a highly qualified, well mannered, punctual, aggressive and passionate, understanding, and supportive. Those are just some of the words to describe David's qualities.... In his deliverance David is very precise and articulate. He was leading the hearing and was definitely creating the atmosphere of "we are going to find the truth here". David Haenel recently represented me in an HTO violation. For those of you who are unaware of this unforgiving traffic violation, it revokes your drivers license for 5 years after you have been caught driving with a suspended license 3 times in a span of 5 years. Sounds miserable, I know. However, I ...knew the repercussions of this traffic violation could be detrimental to my future, so I immediately sought the legal advice of a knowledgeable practitioner. When I began researching this issue I was unaware of my options, but not necessarily ready to accept the terms of my 5 year drivers license revocation. When I spoke to David for the first time, he brought me up to speed relatively quickly. He was able to provide me with an extensive overview of HTO’s, how he had handled cases such as these in the past, and how he could aggressively pursue my case in particular.
