Best Defense Attorney in the Area

Over the last 10 or so years David Haenel has represented me a handful of times on different matters he's truly the best defense attorney in this area hands down...My latest matters involved 2 counts in Sarasota county which he was able to get completely DISMISSED Yes you read that correctly he got t...hem COMPLETELY DISMISSED!!!!!!!! His rates are reasonable, his office staff is friendly and helpful...He personally reaches out to you rather than having a legal assistant or office person contact you which is a nice touch...Can't recommend him enough if you are seeking an attorney for the fields he practices in HIRE HIM he will help you

Above and Beyond

I have now hired this guy three times in the last six years. One time for my Daughter and twice for me. From start to finish I have always been handled with professionalism and with attention to every detail. David and his team really do care about you and the outcome of your case. Not many Attorneys... like this left....... If you or someone you know need this service he is the only Attorney to call.

Phenomenal Attorney

David Haenel and his staff helped me tremendously on a speeding ticket! He saw a discrepancy with the ticket almost immediately and got my case dismissed!!! TLP is extremely professional and the staff is exceedingly competent. Thank you Mr. Haenel!!!
