Best Defense Attorney in the Area

Over the last 10 or so years David Haenel has represented me a handful of times on different matters he's truly the best defense attorney in this area hands down...My latest matters involved 2 counts in Sarasota county which he was able to get completely DISMISSED Yes you read that correctly he got t...hem COMPLETELY DISMISSED!!!!!!!! His rates are reasonable, his office staff is friendly and helpful...He personally reaches out to you rather than having a legal assistant or office person contact you which is a nice touch...Can't recommend him enough if you are seeking an attorney for the fields he practices in HIRE HIM he will help you

Phenomenal Attorney

David Haenel and his staff helped me tremendously on a speeding ticket! He saw a discrepancy with the ticket almost immediately and got my case dismissed!!! TLP is extremely professional and the staff is exceedingly competent. Thank you Mr. Haenel!!!

Florida Traffic Ticket

Mr. Haenel was recommend to me. Mr. Haenel and his assistant were very accessible throughout. They carefully explained to me the procedure for contesting a Florida ticket I received, since I live in Minnesota. Mr. Haenel assured me that he handles many cases like mine and I need not worry at all. ... He said that I could leave matters in his hands and trust him. The result was excellent and the Florida charge was dismissed.
