I have used david and his firm for the past 5 years for different infractions ive gotten in my travels throughout the state...each time i have consulted with him, and had him represent me, the end result was well worth it! most recently, i contacted him regarding a speeding ticket in another county a...nd upon reviewing the infraction i was charged with, he informed me the officer cited me for the wrong code! took it to court and case dismissed! I would have never thought to look at the statute i was charged with as being incorrect....if not for Davids experience in realizing this error, i would have been stuck with a hefty speeding fine! Like anything, the unknown always makes you nervous. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and it's difficult to know if you are making the right choice. However, in this case I can tell you this WAS the right choice. From the get-go David and his team were so responsive. Answers came quickly to qu...estions, I was continually updated via email and everyone was so friendly. The case was a doozy, I was going pretty darn fast so I thought there would be serious repercussions even with a lawyer. However, the minute I spoke with David he created a game plan. His knowledge of the courts, judges and even the local police force is outstanding. With that said, I did the cursory paperwork in the beginning and left the rest up to his team. It was such a relief to put this into capable hands and not to have to get involved myself. Was it worth it? Absolutely! I received a call last week that points would not be accrued, there would be no traffic school and the fine was on the lower end of the range. Win, Win and Win. Quite honestly, I was shocked. Fast service with amazing results is the best way I could describe the service I received. I contacted the office and spoke with one of the paralegals which quickly asked for my information and told me what I needed to take the case. I received a letter for an HTO revocation of license for a perio...d of five years, they had me driving again in less than three weeks. Had to give it five stars for that and also for their communications. Liliana The paralegal would call me or email me at least once a week with an update of the case. Anyone who receives a ticket should call this office. I made the mistake of just paying my tickets and thinking it had no consequence until they revoked it for excessive violations.
