I had David Haenel to represent my DUI case. My video was horrible and I was denied PTD which I really wanted so I could have my record expunged. They sent all of the paperwork via email and I didn't even have to go to the office to sign them. I used my phone. My temporary drivers permit was in my h...and in two days. He even called me on the weekend to make sure I knew where to go and what was going to happen in court on Monday. My DUI was dropped to a reckless and adjudication was withheld which meant no points on my license and I could still have my record expunged. David provided the best experience in a bad situation. I was arrested for DUI in June and had originally hired another attorney. This is my first and last offense. Once I met David and discussed my options, I actually fired my original attorney (who was not providing much help and was not really inte...rested in my case) and hired David. I don't usually rate but David is an excellent attorney. He brought a successful resolution of my DUI case that far exceeded my expectations.
