In short, David was awesome! I had two charges brought against me – 1) Careless Driving and 2) Failure to remain at the scene of an accident. Specifics aside, neither one would look good on one’s driving resume, especially when you are a newly-minted commercially-rated pilot pursuing a career flying... (Fact: The FAA can and will use anything against you – LOL!). Quite honestly, I was shocked and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully, a person I know was familiar with David and recommended him. After an initial call into his office (while I was panicking) got no response within what I felt to be an agonizing length of time (Again, I was panicking, so it seemed like forever, but was probably only an hour or so), I called back and was immediately connected directly to David. He chatted with me for quite some time explaining what outcomes are possible, what outcomes are preferred, and what he hopes to accomplish. He was very personable, and explained things in relatively simple terms. As far was my outcome is concerned, I couldn’t have expected better! Charge #1 was dismissed. Charge #2 ended in a deferred prosecution, which from my understanding, it pretty much the same as having it dropped as long as you complete all requirements (in my case, a relatively small fee) provided you don’t get into any more trouble for the next 6 months. Oh, and one more thing – I have to give kudos to Marla as well! She was also awesome and super at keeping me updated along the journey!

Like anything, the unknown always makes you nervous. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and it's difficult to know if you are making the right choice. However, in this case I can tell you this WAS the right choice. From the get-go David and his team were so responsive. Answers came quickly to qu...estions, I was continually updated via email and everyone was so friendly. The case was a doozy, I was going pretty darn fast so I thought there would be serious repercussions even with a lawyer. However, the minute I spoke with David he created a game plan. His knowledge of the courts, judges and even the local police force is outstanding. With that said, I did the cursory paperwork in the beginning and left the rest up to his team. It was such a relief to put this into capable hands and not to have to get involved myself. Was it worth it? Absolutely! I received a call last week that points would not be accrued, there would be no traffic school and the fine was on the lower end of the range. Win, Win and Win. Quite honestly, I was shocked. Yet, immensely happy and could not more highly recommend David and his team. While I hope there is no reason to become a regular customer you can be sure that if I ever run into a similar scenario David will be my first call. Thanks David and team! Much appreciated.

Fast service with amazing results is the best way I could describe the service I received. I contacted the office and spoke with one of the paralegals which quickly asked for my information and told me what I needed to take the case. I received a letter for an HTO revocation of license for a perio...d of five years, they had me driving again in less than three weeks. Had to give it five stars for that and also for their communications. Liliana The paralegal would call me or email me at least once a week with an update of the case. Anyone who receives a ticket should call this office. I made the mistake of just paying my tickets and thinking it had no consequence until they revoked it for excessive violations.

David and his team are are extremely professional and always follow through. I found myself being charged with a DUI and had no idea of what to do.
