David Haenel recently represented me in an HTO violation. For those of you who are unaware of this unforgiving traffic violation, it revokes your drivers license for 5 years after you have been caught driving with a suspended license 3 times in a span of 5 years. Sounds miserable, I know. However, I ...knew the repercussions of this traffic violation could be detrimental to my future, so I immediately sought the legal advice of a knowledgeable practitioner. When I began researching this issue I was unaware of my options, but not necessarily ready to accept the terms of my 5 year drivers license revocation.
