I had the most heinous traffic ticket situation. I was accused of 115 in a 60 by a state trooper. Trooper said he could not tell what make and model my car was when he called in to dispatch. Mr. Haenel fought my case at trial and won. Mr. Haenel's extensive knowledge and experience proved invaluable ...in trying my case. Ultimately he defended me fantastically in this legal quagmire. I could not ask for more. 5 stars out of 5.

I don't usually rate but David is an excellent attorney. He brought a successful resolution of my DUI case that far exceeded my expectations. David explained everything in easy to understand terms and kept me informed throughout my case. Additionally, he laid things out, explained options and work...ed hard on my behalf. I won't hesitate to recommend him. I told David that I hope to never talk to him again but if I did ever need a defense attorney he would be my first call. Do yourself a favor and use this guy.

My wife received a DUI in Sarasota in Oct. 2009. Certain circumstances made her case particularly tough (property damage, a very high blood-alcohol level, etc.). We hired David and his firm, and they did a truly excellent job. My wife received as lenient a sentence as was possible; but David's help w...ent beyond his ability to negotiate a good deal with the prosecutor's office: he and his colleagues helped persuade my wife to do various things that would help her defense (attend AA, get therapy, etc.), and would also help her (beyond her legal woes, that is). Last summer, my wife received a 2nd DUI in another part of the state (yes, she has a problem, which she is now conquering). Although it had been several months since David had worked on her first case, I contacted him to ask for advice, and he was impressively generous and courteous with his assistance (in helping us finrd a lawyer on the east coast, among other things). I really couldn't recommend David and his firm highly enough: their diligence, skill, and professionalism are highly laudable.
