AMAZING!

Mr. Haenel recently represented me for an issue that could have had some serious consequences. His office staff as well as himself we're on top of every thing from start to finish. My case was dismissed! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

YAY!!!! Dismissed!!

David seamlessly handled my traffic ticket and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The best part of hiring David was getting the news that my ticket was dismissed! Look no further for all of your traffic ticket needs. Wonderful staff and service as well.

Swift, decisive actions proved positive results

Mr. Haenel and his team are excellent. From the first call (personally with Mr. Haenel even before being hired) to the quick resolution of my family's legal issues, every step of the way was positive and helpful from each attorney and assistants involved. Mr. Haenel took what could have been a very... scary situation, even as a misdemeanor, and guided us through with care and compassion. The end result couldn't have been any better, as he and his team were able to get everything cleared and what was a pristine record restored to its original state. I would highly recommend a call to Mr. Haenel if you find yourself in need of legal assistance (and I wouldn't try going it alone!)

Moving Violation

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of David Haenel. He was referred to me by a neighbor for a serious moving violation my grandson incurred while staying in Sarasota over the summer. After contacting his office the afternoon of the citation, David returned my call that evening to explain ...the details of how he would proceed if obtained. He was spot on with his facts and was able to have the citation "totally dismissed" due to the laws in Florida. Mr. Haenel appeared in court on our behalf and immediately called with the results. I would highly recommend Mr. Haenel to friends in need of a good attorney.

Hire David He's the BEST!

I put myself in an unfortunate position and after hours of research I knew I needed an attorney and fast! I found David online and read his reviews and felt confident he was the guy I needed. I called David and explained my situation he immediately informed me of the consequences for my actions but f...elt he could help. I hired David and worked directly with him and his extremely helpful secretary Marla. David told me what I needed to do before my hearing and I did everything he said. I never had to appear in court David did everything, he fought to save me from what could have impacted my life forever. My end result was a $113 fine and 8 hour DDC course, thank you David for everything you did to help me and protect my future! You and Marla are the best!
