My wife received a DUI in Sarasota in Oct. 2009. Certain circumstances made her case particularly tough (property damage, a very high blood-alcohol level, etc.). We hired David and his firm, and they did a truly excellent job. My wife received as lenient a sentence as was possible; but David's help w...ent beyond his ability to negotiate a good deal with the prosecutor's office: he and his colleagues helped persuade my wife to do various things that would help her defense (attend AA, get therapy, etc.), and would also help her (beyond her legal woes, that is). Last summer, my wife received a 2nd DUI in another part of the state (yes, she has a problem, which she is now conquering). Although it had been several months since David had worked on her first case, I contacted him to ask for advice, and he was impressively generous and courteous with his assistance (in helping us finrd a lawyer on the east coast, among other things).
