David Haenel recently represented me in an HTO violation. For those of you who are unaware of this unforgiving traffic violation, it revokes your drivers license for 5 years after you have been caught driving with a suspended license 3 times in a span of 5 years. Sounds miserable, I know. However, I ...knew the repercussions of this traffic violation could be detrimental to my future, so I immediately sought the legal advice of a knowledgeable practitioner. When I began researching this issue I was unaware of my options, but not necessarily ready to accept the terms of my 5 year drivers license revocation. When I spoke to David for the first time, he brought me up to speed relatively quickly. He was able to provide me with an extensive overview of HTO’s, how he had handled cases such as these in the past, and how he could aggressively pursue my case in particular. After this conversation I knew David was the right attorney to represent me. I contracted with David for his legal services on April 21. While I was awaiting a verdict on my case, David and his legal staff were always open to answer any questions/concerns I may have had. In result, on May 7, I received in the mail a formal letter from the Division of Driver License stating that my “driving privilege is not under revocation or suspension.” Basically, David had resolved my HTO violation in a little over 2 weeks time. After the stress of my accident and then being given a ticket inappropriately by the investigating trooper, David's knowledge of the law and his professionalism in court, brought relief and closure. A few months ago, I was involved in a traffic accident that landed me in jail. I was charged with a felony, and was facing the serious possibility of further jail time and suspension of my license. This came at a very bad time, as I was planning on returning to college out of state in the coming ne...w year. On the advice of a friend, I went to David Haenel's office for a consultation. I must say that I was impressed by his demeanor and knowledge of such cases, but as usual, with any person you have to place so much trust and responsibility with, I was skeptical. However, I can now safely say that David is the real deal, and certainly deserves this confidence and more.
