After the stress of my accident and then being given a ticket inappropriately by the investigating trooper, David's knowledge of the law and his professionalism in court, brought relief and closure. In my opinion, I could not have found a more knowledgeable attorney, who understood the problems this ...ticket caused and the need to right it. A few months ago, I was involved in a traffic accident that landed me in jail. I was charged with a felony, and was facing the serious possibility of further jail time and suspension of my license. This came at a very bad time, as I was planning on returning to college out of state in the coming ne...w year. On the advice of a friend, I went to David Haenel's office for a consultation. I must say that I was impressed by his demeanor and knowledge of such cases, but as usual, with any person you have to place so much trust and responsibility with, I was skeptical. However, I can now safely say that David is the real deal, and certainly deserves this confidence and more. Within a month, I was moved from felony to misdemeanor court, after which David was able to negotiate a deal that was well below the standard.
