My spouse was knocked down by another, resulting in the "personal injury" of a fracture, surgery and rehabilitation. That fall directly contributed to further falls and broken bones that occurred after "we" hired David. I, a formerly practicing attorney in a very technical field, became my spouse's... full-time and supervisory caregiver. David began dealing with our estate planning lawyer, who was handling the probate of my spouse's estate. They worked very well together, and our estate planning attorney developed great respect for David during the process. David coordinated both of their efforts so that I had no stress about the case nor its effects on probate. He ultimately settled the case and wrapped up the details. I only needed to execute detailed Closing Statement and deposit the settlement proceeds.
