Trust & Wills

Rodney was a pleasure to work with. He did our Trust, Last Will, Living Will & Power of Atty. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions.

Will Preparation

My husband and I married last year, being a second marriage for both of us, we felt the importance of having will revision. In contacting the office of Rodney Gerling, we made an appointment and were given clear information about the information to bring. Rodney met with us and patiently explained ...many details related to wills, trusts, power of attorney, health care surrogates, and living wills. He was very professional and allowed us time to ask questions so we could fully understand all aspects of the will preparation. Our wills were completed within 6 weeks for a reasonable cost. We were very satisfied with Rodney Gerling's services regarding our will preparation.

Established a Revocable Trust

Our Attorney Rod Gerlilng established a Revocable Trust for us. We found the experience enlightening and exactly what we needed. Rod did a through job of explaining the benefits which will establish piece of mind for us as well as our family.

Thorough and efficient!
