THE BEST!

Mr. Sam Saad and Associates are the best. I had a terrible realtor. Mr. Saad and staff addressed the problem areas and closed my house in record time. I cannot say enough about Sam Saad, Attorney, Kristen Kokinda, Licensed Title Agent and Amy Saad, Office Facilitator. I would highly recommend Mr.... Sam Saad and Paradise Coast Title Company when selling or buying a house. Thank you.

Finally!

In 2010,I was going through the real estate nightmare like so many others Feeling so overwhelmed by my situation, I got my first lawyer. He didn't want to hear my story.Another nightmare ,he was. And rude. I was later , referred to Sam Saad. He was actually a nice guy! He handled my case beautif...ully, and I highly recommend him.

I have Had Mr. Saad represent me on several issues over the past 2 years. I would strongly refer him to anyone with real estate related issues in Florida.
