Thanks for the kind words Hal. I'm going to start using your phrase "relaxed professionalism" to describe our office. We take our clients' situations very seriously, but we also want to have a relaxed environment for clients. Being involved in litigation and Personal Injury claims is stressful enough. Thanks again.
