Thanks Diana. As you know, your case went longer than necessary because the opposing insurance carrier initially refused to compensate you reasonably for your injuries. This brought about the need to file suit and take some depositions, after which the insurance defense attorney realized his adjuster mis-evaluated your claim. While we only file suit when necessary, it was necessary in your case to bring about a fair result. I appreciate the kind words, not only about me but about my long-time legal assistant. She's incredible, and I know how fortunate I am to have her working with me for nearly 20 years.

Excellent service. Could not ask for a better attorney.
I was charged with a domestic battery in two cases. Jason was able to drop one of the charges and change the domestic in a simple battery. He represented me well, responed quickly, was very personable and skilled. I could not have choosen a better lawyer.
