Unfortunately, like many, I lost my job when Covid started, which put me in a tough financial position. After exhausting many ways to stay afloat financially, I had to come to terms with exploring the option of bankruptcy. I was referred to the Dellutri Law Group and it was legitimately the best refe...rral I've ever received. This firm is not only compassionate but also very straightforward and logical. Painless and relieved

It was a blessing to receive Carmen and several other solicitations in the mail after being served papers that you are being sued because the lending institution won't work with you because you fell on hard times. My gut just told me to go with The Dellutri Law Group. They worked with us on the up fr...ont monies and Ashley Baker held our hands thru the whole process with a smile on her face. Ashleys customer service is second to non. If we had a question, and there were several, and she couldn't answer it she would get with our case attorney David Fineman and get back to us asap. We even bought a house while going thru bankruptcy which I thought was impossible but with the help of Ashley we moved in two years into our chapter 13. I have nothing but good to say about this Dellutri group. When we received our discharge David called to review and to see if we had any questions. Such a great feeling when your not left alone to flop around like a fish out of water but guided thru the whole process. The you Carman, David and Ashley!!!

The light at the end of the tunnel

We were literally drowning in debt. Newly retired, we relocated to SWFL. Savings, moving expenses, and the unexpected caused us to over extend our credit. Fleeing Hurricane Irma and finding a damaged roof when we returned caused us to further extend out credit lines. Months of juggling payments..., making arrangements and stressing from this dark cave of debt which we put ourselves in, we came across a video of Carmen Dellutri. He was sincerely concerned about his clients. He was very detailed with the bankruptcy process and help us understand that everyone needs help sometimes. We were assigned to David Fineman, and we received the same sincerity. He took the time to explain every detail of the process. His entire team was informative and never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. The conference calls were all professional and prompt. The meeting with the trustee was exactly as described to us by Attorney Fineman. Every step of the way we were informed via email and an occasional phone call as needed. Now that our Chapter 13 repayment plan has been confirmed, we have been able to step into the light of our new life here in SWFL without the “debt of life circumstances” weighing us down. AMAZING ATTORNEY

Carmen, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. It was a hard decision when I first decided to file for bankruptcy. It was something that I thought about for a long time before I moved forward. I have always been one that if I ran up the debt t...hen I must pay the debt. I tried hard to live up to that my whole life. However, some things were just out of my control. With that being said, I felt very comfortable and at ease when I was dealing with everyone in your office throughout the whole process. I was so excited when it was all said and done. I was finally able to breathe again and knew that this was a new beginning. Then several months after my bankruptcy was finalized and I thought this whole ordeal was behind me, I had a creditor (an attorney no less) contact me asking for payment or he was sending me to collections. I was horrified. I thought, what I did do? I thought I was protected by my bankruptcy. I was unable to sleep. I was so worried that I was going to start getting phone calls from creditors looking for money or I was going to collections all over again. My anxiety was through the roof. I immediately contacted your office asking for advice. I wasn’t sure what to do since my bankruptcy had been finalized for a while. You immediately called me back and told me that no matter how much time passes you take care of your clients. I was so relieved and could feel the anxiety subside. You then went after the creditor who tried to force me to pay something that was already written off in my bankruptcy. You and your team are amazing and take care of your clients. I am so glad that I chose your company to represent me. You guys are the best.
