The light at the end of the tunnel

We were literally drowning in debt. Newly retired, we relocated to SWFL. Savings, moving expenses, and the unexpected caused us to over extend our credit. Fleeing Hurricane Irma and finding a damaged roof when we returned caused us to further extend out credit lines. Months of juggling payments..., making arrangements and stressing from this dark cave of debt which we put ourselves in, we came across a video of Carmen Dellutri. He was sincerely concerned about his clients. He was very detailed with the bankruptcy process and help us understand that everyone needs help sometimes. We were assigned to David Fineman, and we received the same sincerity. He took the time to explain every detail of the process. His entire team was informative and never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. The conference calls were all professional and prompt. The meeting with the trustee was exactly as described to us by Attorney Fineman. Every step of the way we were informed via email and an occasional phone call as needed. Now that our Chapter 13 repayment plan has been confirmed, we have been able to step into the light of our new life here in SWFL without the “debt of life circumstances” weighing us down. Thank you David Fineman, your team, and the offices of Attorney Carmen Dellutri.

The Dellutri Law Group is top notch! They start the process with no judgment and with great understanding as to why you are seeking and needing their services. They truly work as a team from start to finish for their clients! The staff that I had contact with treated my case as if I were a family mem...ber. Terrific Firm!

I’ve been a client of the Dellutri Law Group for many years. They have always treated me kindly and with respect. Mr. Dellutri always returns my phone calls promptly and treat me with dignity and respect. I never felt like a client, but I always felt like a family member. Mr. Lampley is an excellent... attorney who handled my case very efficiently and effectively. Attorney David Feynman also helped with my case. It was a total team effort. The staff was always kind and courteous. If anyone is in need of an attorney, I would highly recommend this law firm. Results matter, and they always get results for their clients.

I'm Very Thankful!

I had a phone (my choice) consultation with Carmen Dellutri. Mr. Dellutri said the dollar amount of the lawsuit against me was not enough to hire an attorney. But, instead of ending the call there, he reviewed the summons with me and noticed that the exhibit documentation makes it unclear if the plai...ntiff actually has rights to the funds. He, also, gave me advice on how to proceed and defend myself. In addition to all of his help, he had an ebook link emailed to me, which gives me more information to defend myself. Not only was Mr. Dellutri very helpful and informative, he was very personable. And, his legal assistant, Amy was very personable, helpful and responded to my emails right away. I definitely recommend him.

Credit Card Theft/Bankruptcy

Carmen is one of the greatest attorneys and human being that I have ever known. He is kind, considerate and has helped me through a lot of rough times in my life and without him I probably would be still in debt. What a big heart he has and shares it with his clients. God bless.
