The Calmness through the Storm

Carmen Dellutri has developed an amazing, professional, extremely competent team, which has a feeling of 'family'. Absolutely giving a huge recommendation! I interviewed two other firms, but from meeting with David Lapley, whom simplified this big confusing new world, I felt the assurance Dellutri w...as the way to go. Nicholas Paul was most integral part of filing medical chapter 11. There would not have been any way I could have filed if it wasn't for Nicholas. He was almost therapeutic dealing with my anxiety issues while PATIENTLY walking me through the paperwork, 'holding my hand' with an added benefit of a sense of humor. Bravo! Ronnie Fedorezyk reinforced the assurance by simplifying the closing process, like waving her mother wand. Mr. Carmen D. what a delightful gentleman. Thank YOU for your team.

I wanted to say Thank you so much to Attorney Carmen Dellutri, David Lampley, Lauren Horton and Ronnie Fedorczyk. They were all amazing through my bankruptcy. I never had to wait more then a day for a call back and my questions were always answered in a way that was easy for me to understand. I wa...s extremely upset that health issues brought me to have to file, but the Dellutri Law Group made me feel so comfortable and never looked down on me. Thankful

When you are in financial distress, physical and emotional pain, it can be difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. For me, it was a horrible place to be. Going through health issues, resent medical surgery. Attorney Carmen Deluttri treated us with dignity and respect. Through the process... we Had different personnel assisting us, calls were answered, VM were returned. Deluttri Law Firm made the bankruptcy process very smooth and painless. Bankruptcy can seem very scary and a lot of things associated with bankruptcy can be confusing, Attorney David Lampley with Dellutri Law, made the process simple and straight forward. Also, paralegal Teresa Campoli was very helpful and friendly. explained things in terms We could understand. Also Ronnie, was very helpful in getting our file together. We have been through this process many years ago in another state. At that time the attorney’s involved took advantage of us as well as many of their other clients. I can honestly say Dellutri Law and it’s staff on the other hand have been the complete opposite, they were extremely helpful. They were reassuring, knowable and effective. Unfortunately, like many, I lost my job when Covid started, which put me in a tough financial position.
