Negligence

When our mother suffered an amputation as a result of negligence at her assisted living facility, we knew we needed the right person to help us find justice for her. We found that person in Dellutri Law Group and his staff, especially Elizabeth Etnoyer. We were treated with such compassion and kindne...ss from the outset and all the way through the grueling and emotional process. The staff were always accessible and responsive, and we appreciated the clarity of their communications with us as this was something we had never experienced before. There were times in the process when we felt hopeless, but was made very clear giving up wasn’t an option. We were so grateful for the ferocity with which she pursued our case. We could not have asked for a more qualified, more experienced, or more dedicated advocate to have in our corner at such a difficult time in our lives, and we would heartily recommend anyone at Dellutri Law Group!!

Best attorney and firm

Carmen is not only the most compassionate but also efficient and humble at the same time . He never judges you and is comforting when you are going through the process. Bankruptcy consultation

I would highly recommend this firm if you're considering bankruptcy. As we all know this is not an easy decision and in most cases a very stressful time. Mr. Deluttri and his staff made this process go very smooth for me. They were professional and courteous at all times all while making sure the job... they were hired to do is being done.

My good fortune at a very critical juncture in my life two years ago was to hire Dellutri Law Group to handle my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing . I thoroughly investigated all of the 5 Star reviews and it was what was said over and over in those reviews that I thought to myself "This is the Law Firm I ...want to handle my case".The overwhelming response in those reviews spoke of professionalism and kindness as just two of the key ingredients in dealing with the Attorneys at Dellutri Law. My attorney for my case was David Lampley and he laid out my choices based on the information I had presented and I took his good advice and initiated my bankruptcy filing. He was outstanding all throughout the process. Initially ,I was assisted by Lauren Horton on day to day stuff like gathering the necessary paperwork etc.. and Lauren has been incredibly helpful and understanding and kind. In the second phase of my filing process Ashley Baker took the reins and once again I have experienced exemplary professionalism and attention to detail accentuated by a wonderful and kind nature displaying an empathy and understanding you just do not expect to find when dealing with a law firm. Every time I had reason to visit the law offices themselves I was met with a smile and most times the receptionist actually remembered my name.
