Bankruptcy 2020

Making the decision to file bankruptcy was a hard and stressful thing but when I went to the Dellutri office for the first visit I felt that I had their support and they would help me through this difficult time. I worked hand-in-hand with Lidiana Gongora from their office. She is outstanding!! Alwa...ys answered my questions and never made me feel as if they were stupid questions. There were even times that I had to call her multiple times in one day and she always was so sweet on the phone and had a lot of patience with me. she really helped make this process a smooth one. Also when I spoke with the attorney he was very kind And helped me with understanding everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend this group of attorneys to my friends and family

David Lampley, Esq / Lauren Horton, paralegal

Following the unexpected passing of my husband, I was completely unprepared & distraught at the many things I was then facing alone, including debt I could not afford. When I reached out to your law firm, I was feeling pretty desolate & concerned. Mr. Lampley's handling of my case changed that tr...emendously. He & Lauren Horton were extremely professional, efficient & timely in everything they did. Responses were pretty immediate & usually followed up with a confirmation email containing needed information. My only regret is that I did not reach out sooner. Ms. Horton & Mr. Lampley deserve the highest of marks with some added ++++ ! Thank you

Great team !!

I was recommended to Dellutri firm by a good friend to start our bankruptcy process about 4 years ago and from day one they have been outstanding! They truly work as a team and always return your calls /mails to answer your concerns, very professional and nothing to hide .I'm very pleased with my cho...ice and totally recommend them.

This firm has been AMAZING!!!!

We are new ish to this area and I had no idea where to go to speak with someone regarding Bankruptcy, nor was I looking forward to such a touchy subject. Even before my first appointment everyone was so awesome that I spoke with. Kindness and huge amounts of being supportive are definitely standards ...this office meets with such ease, every single time! I really thought the finances book I got in the mail, after my appointment, was so cool and will be helpful! Thanks again Casey, and everyone I have worked with so far, for making a very uncomfortable situation easier to talk about and sort through! I would recommend this firm any time, over and over again! What an amazing group of compassionate and knowledgeable individuals.

Professional, knowledgeable & efficient!

I came into the Dellutri Law Group after reading the reviews. My situation wasn't unique but it was a far stretch if I could qualify for Chapter 7. I met with Mr. David Lampley and retained the Dellutri Law Group shortly thereafter. We were able to get all my paperwork in within a week and were able ...to get into filing Chapter 7. I was nervous but the staff were more than accommodating and treat you like family. They tell you how it is and don't lie just to gain you as a client. I felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with. David, Lauren, Maria, Ronnie & Carmen were all great to interact with, very knowledgeable and professional. They are on top of their game and prepare you for your mandatory creditor meeting, which goes off without a hitch! I have nothing but positive and great things to say and would highly recommend retaining the Dellutri Law Group for your bankruptcy and other needs!
