Great Lawyer, Great Firm

Kevin Jursinski and his firm have handled several matters for me, including assisting with a fairly complicated business sale and separately the sale leaseback of a local property. Given that I am located out of state, I needed an attorney that was responsive, honest, and of course smart. I can say... that Mr. Jursinski and his team hit the target every time. Excellent advice and representation!

Kevin Jursinski and his team represented us when the buyers of a property we owned backed out of closing. He quickly assessed the buyers position and negotiated a very fair settlement for us to recoup 80% of the escrow money from the buyer without a lengthly court case.

Real Estate Contract Dispute
