Partnership agreement.

I was referred to Kevin by another client who works with one of his partners. I requested him to put together a business agreement. I thought it might be a complicated issue, but I did a brief consultation and explained the agreement. He was able to ascertain all the details of the agreement very qui...ckly and put together the contract which I was able to utilize almost without much adjustment. I was really pleased because everything was done timely, and very thoroughly. I was extremely pleased. He’s very knowledgeable and has obviously a good deal of experience.
